Well, that's where it all began!
The process of learning is never ending. I always do a lot research to find ways how to do things, integrate it with my own and discover my personal techniques. It's fun and sometimes frustrating, because like I usually say in my hair dye tutorials, what works for me may not work with you. It also applies with crafting - sometimes even if you use the same products and procedures the outcomes may still change.
I've recently bought Amazing Casting Resin that turns white (not clear) in 10 minutes. It was sealed but for some reason it became frothy and hardened in three minutes! It was such a waste so I guess I'm staying away from that product. I did a bit of research and figured it could be the moisture. Perhaps PH is too humid for it? I'm not sure, I can definitely try again when I'm in Oshkosh - it will be a lot more dry there.
Doing clay and resin pieces is fun and exciting. But finding out which products to buy and if it will work for a certain technique (e.g. making DIY whipped cream), it can be challenging.
With that in mind, I'm planning to put up videos with my (mis)adventures! I'm just not sure whether to create a new channel for it or just integrate it with my existing one. Now that will be a challenge too!
To cut it short, I'm really so excited for the things to come! I'll also be updating about my new work area once I'm able to move. I'm going to have a mini-office where I can do work and crafts. I'll share with you lovelies all the fun things and the organizing/decorating stage ^.^
